Pattern: Heart Headband

A quick and easy heart headband pattern to make for your little ones for Valentine’s Day (or any day!) It’s really cute and also a great pattern to practice color changes! You can easily adjust this headband to fit a larger head by adding more chains in the beginning and end. I chained enough so it would fit my  9 month old daughter.

Be sure to tag me on Instagram with your headband creations! I love seeing your work!

Materials:

  • 4.25mm Crochet Hook
  • Small amount of worsted weight yarn in 2 colors. I just used your basic Super Saver  Red Heart Yarn.
  • Yarn needle

Notes:

The pattern is written to fit a babies head. I recommend adding more chains in the beginning and end of the pattern and adding more rows before you start your decreasing rows at the end if you are making this for an older child.

Increase: make 2 Sc in the same stitch.

Decrease: Sc 2 stitches together.

Pattern:
