Pattern: Spring Beanie and Headband

I made Evie a new headband the other night using Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Cotton Yarn! It is SO soft and one of my favorite yarns to work with. I had plenty of yarn leftover so I decided to make Penelope a matching beanie to go with it! The color I chose is very springy and the light-weight cotton is perfect for the current weather! My favorite part is that I was able to make both the headband and beanie for less than one skein of yarn. Both patterns are very simple and beginner friendly.

Beanie:

You will be working in continuous rounds for this beanie. Don’t join at the end of the rounds. The pattern is written for a 1 year old baby. To make it smaller, take away an increase round and do less rounds total. To make it larger, add more increase rounds (after Round 7) and add more rounds to lengthen.
