My friends over at BeCozi sent me some of their ahhhhmazing Jumbo Chenille Yarn recently. I knew right away that I wanted to make a huge, squishy pillow with it! So the Marshmallow pillow was born! I used just under 5 skeins to make it and it ends up being a really decent size. I also was lucky enough to have an unused pillow insert that I was able to use (18×18″). Materials:Â
- Becozi Jumbo Chenille Yarn (less than 5 skeins, 18 yards each)
- Jumbo 30.00mm Crochet Hook (or you can finger crochet)
- Pillow Insert OR Poly-Fil Stuffing.
If you haven’t tried Bernat mix home yarn yet, you need to! I picked up a couple of skeins on one of my many shopping trips to Michael’s. I can’t resist when I see a new yarn! I made my pillow case big enough to fit an old 18×18 pillow. However, if you want it bigger or smaller, it’s really easy to customize by shortening or lengthening the starting chain.
