Pattern: Men’s Team Colors Beanie

Every fall my husband asks for a new beanie to wear. This year he requested one with his football teams colors! This pattern is perfect for customizing to your favorite football team colors! Sean likes his beanies slouchy and stretchy. This one is really fast to make, it’s worked in rows to form a rectangle and then sewn together at the end. You can make it as slouchy or as fitted as you want by making your starting Ch longer or shorter. It’s also really easy to customize the colors you want and add as many colors as you would like!

Materials Needed:

  • Worsted Weight yarn in 3 or 4 colors.
  • 6.00mm crochet hook
  • Yarn Needle

Notes:

This hat is worked in rows and then sewn at the end to form the hat.

Pattern: Bobbles And Rows Pillow

If you haven’t tried Bernat mix home yarn yet, you need to! I picked up a couple of skeins on one of my many shopping trips to Michael’s. I can’t resist when I see a new yarn! I made my pillow case big enough to fit an old 18×18 pillow. However, if you want it bigger or smaller, it’s really easy to customize by shortening or lengthening the starting chain.

Pattern: Sun Bum Tote

Yay! Finally a new pattern to post! I never realized before I started designing my own crochet how much work goes into pattern writing! First there is the idea stage, then the yarn buying stage (my favorite), then the making and frogging and re-doing stage, all while scribbling notes down so I don’t forget what I did. When you finally have the finished product.. Bam!! Now you have to type up the pattern, find testers, send to testers, wait for your testers to give you feedback. Edit the pattern, take pretty pictures, post on Instagram AND still have to make a listing on Etsy. PHEW! I’m so amazed at all the support I get for my patterns and I love to be able to give back. I hope you like my newest pattern The Sun Bum Tote!

Be sure to follow and tag me on Instagram if you make the Sun Bum Tote! I love seeing your finished work! You are always welcome to sell your finished work with ANY of my patterns, but please link back to my shop/blog for credit! 🙂

Materials:

  • Worsted Weight Yarn, approximately 270 Yards. I used less than 2 skeins of Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Cotton in Ivory. You will also need a small amount of colored yarn for the trim and handles.
  • 3.00mm crochet hook
  • Yarn Needle

Pattern: Chubby Bunny Amigurumi

Easter is just around the corner, so I decided to make a quick bunny! He ended up being a chubby little guy hence the name, Chubby Bunny 🙂 I LOVE the Angel Hair yarn used to make this bunny. It’s the same yarn I use to make this adorable lamb hat.  Super soft and fluffy, if you haven’t tried it, you need to!

Pattern: Cozy Slipper Socks

I love slippers and always seem to be buying cute pairs when I make target runs, ordering them from amazon and I always seem to be browsing for the latest MukLuks. My 2 year old pup recently stole one of my favorite pairs and proceeded to destroy them in the backyard. Sigh… he’s lucky he’s cute. Which leads me to making and writing up this pattern for Cozy Slipper Socks to add to my collection. 🙂

This pattern will fit and average sized adult female foot. I am a size 8 and made it to fit me perfectly. If you want a smaller or bigger pair just add more rows where indicated. Don’t be afraid to play around with the sizing!

Materials:

Pattern: Flower Vase

I decided to make a vase for some of my decorative flowers instead of buying one.  I chose to crochet with 2 strands of yarn together to give it a bit more stiffness and be able to stand up better. I thought it turned out really cute using two different colors at the same time. I chose a blue and cream color to go with my other decor. This is a really simple pattern, I recommend using a cotton yarn so the final product will be firm.

Pattern: Simple boho headband

This is a really simple pattern for a cute headband with “boho” style. This is the perfect project for a beginner, or if you need to make something quick! It works up really fast and would be great to sell at craft fairs. It’s also really customizable. You can make it smaller just by chaining less. I plan on making one for my 2 year old daughter! Let me know what you think!
