To lengthen or shorten your sleeves, add more or less rows here. I also recommend wrapping the top of the sleeve around your bicep to be sure it fits. If not, add more increase rows.

Tie off, leaving yarn tail long enough to sew sleeve to sweater.

Join Panels (view diagrams below):

Lay your front and back panel together, correct sides facing. Seam the top of the shoulder straps together, using the yarn tails. You can use a yarn needle and sew the 2 panels together or you can use a crochet hook and Sl St the shoulders together.

Lay your now seamed front and back panels in front of you, correct side down. Center the last row of the sleeve up against the side of your panels. The shoulder seam should be directly in the center of the sleeve. Using your yarn tail sew or Sl St the sleeve to the panels. Repeat on other side.

Fold your panels together, correct sides facing. Fold the sleeves in half, so your work resembles a finished sweater. Now you have to seam the sides of the sweater and seam the sleeves. Join yarn at the bottom waistband, seam up to the arm pit. Seam from the arm pit down to the cuff. Repeat on opposite side.

Sew front and back panel at the shoulders

Sew sleeves as shown. (note- ignore the open front part of this sweater diagram)

Sew sides of sweater and sleeves.

Neck Trim:

Join yarn with a Sl St at shoulder seam.

Round 1: Ch 1. 1 Sc in each St around the neckline. Working 1 Sc into the Sc stitches and 1 into the sides of the rows at the shoulder area. Exact St count is not crucial, just be sure to end with an even number of stitches. Join to the first St with a Sl St.

Round 2: Ch 1. *Fpsc, Bpsc* repeat around. Join with a Sl St.

Rounds 3&4: Repeat round 2.

For a wider collar, repeat Round 2 as desired.

Happy Crocheting!
