What’s better then a cute crochet top you made for yourself? A cute crochet top with bobbles! I’m a huge fan of the bobble stitch, so when I was asked to be a part of the Big Bobble Blog Hop I was so excited! A group of crochet bloggers coming together with a bunch of bobble goodness? I wanted something loose and comfy to throw on over a sports bra for coverage but didn’t want to be dying of heat! It’s 100 degrees in the summertime here in Utah so the Cross-Back Crochet Top worked out perfectly. I used Lion Brand 24/7 cotton but any cotton yarn will work. It works out perfectly for active wear but it would be super cute dressed up with a pair of jeans too! This pattern is super easy and uses Dc throughout. A larger hook is used for more of a loose fit so be sure to size up if you crochet with a tight tension.

- Worsted weight (4) yarn. Pattern uses Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton. Amount required- 315 (330, 350, 370, 400) Yards

I’ve had a lot of fun experimenting with Tunisian Crochet. One of my favorite stitches to use is the knit stitch. I absolutely love how it looks while incorporating color work! I used Bernat Maker Outdoor for this project and the yarn is amazing let me tell ya!! If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely give it a go! If you have never done Tunisian crochet, don’t worry!! - Bernat Outdoor Maker (5) Bulky yarn. Red-90 yards, White-75 yards, Blue-215 yards
- Poly-Fil stuffing OR pillow insert
- Yarn Needle
I was recently requested to write up a pattern for a kids fringe crop top! Even though it’s only 50 degrees out today it’s hot in other parts of the world right?! 🙂 So the fringe crop top was born! I think it’s definitely a crochet pattern staple to have when you have little ones running around. It’s super cute for photo shoots or to just wear outside during the hot summer days. I included 3 different sizes but it is VERY easy to adjust even further if you need to. To make it wider, add more chains to the starting chain. To make it longer or shorter, add or take away rows.
