There’s something so special about a piece that feels both simple and quietly detailed, the Garden Glow Cardigan is exactly that. From the soft texture of moss stitch to the gentle rhythm of the stripes, this design came together in such a calming, satisfying way.
I wanted to create a cardigan that feels polished yet easy to wear, something you can throw on with anything and instantly feel put together. The fitted shape, classic button-up front, and short sleeves give it that effortless, everyday charm, while the texture adds just a little extra magic. It’s that time…time for a brand new pullover using Heartland yarn! The Moonblush Pullover crochet pattern is quickly becoming a favorite.
If you like some of my other pullovers like The Foggy Shore or The Maeve...then you will love the Moonblush too! I used my favorite color of Heartland- wolf trap. It looks almost tan in the storefront photos but in real life, it’s a beautiful soft blush color. If you want to get yarn for your pullover then be sure to check out the kit! You can pick any of the beautiful colors that they have. The kit also includes a free copy of the downloadable pattern.
I’ve been keeping a secret. I was able to get a preview of the brand new Cottino yarn from Lion Brand and Two Of wands last year. I got to try it out and design a brand new cardigan- The Boxy Blooms Button-Up crochet pattern!
If you’ve been following along with me for a while then you most likely can recognize that name! I’m so excited to add another design to The Boxy Blooms Collection. 🙂 This one is worked up in 3 different colors! Plus the best part, no cutting and joining yarn! All you have to do is float the yarn up the side to change colors! So simple and way less work than cutting yarn. I show you how in my full video tutorial so be sure to check it out!
Welcome to my first crochet pattern of 2026- The Posy Petal Cardigan crochet pattern! I’m so excited to release my very first pattern of the year.
The Posy Petal Cardigan is worked from the bottom up with easy stitching. You will be alternating 1 row of double crochet and 1 row of lemon peel stitch! It gives it that super cozy “puffed” stripe look. You’ll do some shaping in the neckline as well as the sleeves. The cardigan is finished with an easy crochet ribbing.
The Daisy Daydream Cardigan has got to be the coziest sweater I have ever made! All it took was one time holding this yarn and I knew I had to make a sweater with it. Find the full Daisy Daydream Cardigan crochet pattern below!
If you have been following my blog for awhile then you know I have The Daisy Day Throw, The Daisy Day Tote and The Daisy Day Cardigan. They are some of my favorite pieces! I wasn’t quite sure what to name this one at first. I knew I already had a Daisy Day Cardigan, not realizing I would be making another cardigan in the future, so I had to come up with something different! The Yarn I used is “feels like a dream” so it only made since to try and sneak the word dream in somewhere. Daisy Daydream was just too perfect for it!
Several months ago I designed the Starlight View Throw using a super fun yarn carrying technique to give it a very pretty and unique look. I loved working it up so much that I made a top using the same technique! The Sleepy Seaside Sweater crochet pattern turned out just as I imagined!!
I wanted my top to be long sleeve but still have a light and breathable wear to it. I used a double crochet offset V-St to give it a bit of a mesh look. It has a loose and boxy fit with a wide neckline to be worn off the shoulder! It is sooo cozy too! If you want a more fitted neck instead of “off the shoulder” you can add more rounds to your trim for an easy adjustment.
To give the Sleepy Seaside Sweater its mixed yarn look, you will be carrying a secondary yarn throughout. You will only ever be making your stitches with Yarn A and bringing along Yarn B as you go. Be sure to check out my video tutorial if you are new to this technique, I show you exactly how to do it! For my secondary yarn I used a “prints” version of the 24/7 Cotton Dk. This has random colors added throughout the skein so if you use the same yarn, each sweater will have its own unique look! Check out the kit here!
I love trying out new yarns so of course I was excited to stitch up something with this new Re-Make yarn from Lion Brand! The Towhee Cardigan crochet pattern might just be one of my new faves! It’s available in a kit (yarn and pattern) with Lion Brand!
The girls helped me name this cardigan, which I think is so fun. It was a beautiful sunny day and finally starting to warm up after lots of bad weather. We went on a family outing to a local trail for the cardigan photoshoot! Along the trail they have signs and photos talking about the local nature and wildlife. The last one we stopped at was for the Towhee bird! The girls were reading the sign when it popped into my head that it would be the perfect name!
This yarn was really nice to work with. It has such a soft texture making it super cozy. Because it’s starting to become spring time I wanted to go with a more open lace stitch for this design. It makes it the perfect cardigan for layering and transitioning into warm weather!
The Echoes Cardigan was one of my top patterns of 2024! I knew that I wanted to make a pullover version of it this year and I’m so glad I had time to sneak it in this winter! The Echoes Pullover is the perfect sister design to the cardigan and I hope you all love it as much as I do!
I thought about using a different Mandala color for the Echoes Pullover crochet pattern but there is just something about the “warlock” color that draws me in! I ended up going with the same color and I’m glad I did! There are however, a lot of beautiful colors to choose from! If you are purchasing the kit you can swap out your color choice and you get a free copy of the printable PDF download of the pattern.
As soon as The Maeve Cardigan was out in the world I knew I had to make it’s sister design, The Maeve Pullover. The Maeve Cardigan was a fan favorite so I hope you guys love the pullover just as much!
I used Heartland yarn for the Pullover, just as I did the cardigan. The same beautiful stitches are used throughout the sweater. A ribbed collar is around the neckline of the sweater to further match the cardigan! I went with a darker color for the pullover but there are sooo many amazing colors available with the Heartland yarn.
If you plan on purchasing yarn, be sure to check out the Lion Brand kit. It’s a good deal since it includes the printable PDF pattern plus they frequently go on sale. Subscribe to my newsletter to be notified of good sales on my kits and patterns.
Every once in a while you make a crochet design that just works up perfectly how you envisioned it. That was definitely the case for The Echoes Cardigan crochet pattern. I was a little nervous to make a whole sweater with Mandala because of all the different color changes. Buuuut I am absolutely obsessed with how it turned out.
I made no adjustments to the yarn colors as I worked it up. No cutting the yarn and only joining when It was time to bring in a new skein. I just let it work up naturally! I think that’s part of the fun with this design. Each cardigan will be slightly unique in their own way, as far as colors go. Once my panels were all worked up I did decide which one would look best where. Because the left and right front panels are the same, as well as the sleeves, you can place them on either side. For example, I put my front panel with lots of red in it, away from the sleeve that has lots of red in it to help “balance” the look. Feel free to play around with what looks best!
